Order Status
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail and Common Carrier. Sometimes our web deals briefly overwhelm our suppliers - if we become aware of any delays or backorders not mentioned on our sites, we will let you know via email.
If you would like to know the current status of your order, it's always best to send an email to Service@Shop-Carolina.com as it can take awhile to research the situation. Please include your order number within your request.
Billing
The
charge on your card will appear as Shop Carolina, Inc.
Credit cards are not charged until we know an order is ready to ship.
Cancellations
Any
stock order can be cancelled at any time before it ships and special or
custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours at no extra charge.
Damages
Please inspect your order
immediately and contact us right away, either by email or phone, if a
package is delivered to you damaged. We will work quickly to make
things right! If an item can be easily repaired, we will
typically ship you the required parts ASAP.
Returns
Please
contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and and we will
provide you via email with a Return Authorization Number, instructions and a return shipping
address (some items may return direct to the manufacturer). It's
always a good idea to insure the return for its full value against
loss or damage -
this is usually not expensive.
Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with
your return and properly label the box as described in our instructions.
Once
it is underway, please email the Tracking Number to:
Service@Shop-Carolina.com.
This helps us to keep an eye on things and to properly credit your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know and duly
credit the card used to make your
purchase. Items that have been purchased with FREE Shipping will
receive a full refund for the original cost, orders purchased
without FREE shipping will receive a refund minus the original
shipping cost.
